Excellent Service, higher up and beyond!
Not even a question, book rooms at the Mountain Edge for your wedding ceremony or time away! We booked several rooms for our wedding at Mount Sunapee. Rachel was an absolute DREAM to work with. She answered numerous questions, always in a timely way. We needed a place for a welcome party and she gave u.s.a. several options. Nosotros ended upwardly going with a bonfire located on the property. Downward in a little nook nearly a brook, decorated with footling twinkle lights, it was absolutely the best location for people to greet each other. On our wedding day, Rachel took care of logistics, ensuring our vendors arrived at the right place and time, including the shuttle provided by the resort to take guests back and forth betwixt the hotel and venue. She too arranged our morning after breakfast in the resort's tavern. The staff at the hotel were great and speedily replied to questions from guests. Information technology was an amazing and flawless experience. I highly recommend this for any upcoming effect or stay you need.

Wonderful stay at MER for our Sunapee nuptials
My husband and I got married at Mt. Sunapee resort in Newbury, NH in autumn of 2018, and we and many of our guests stayed at the Mount Edge Resort. We also hosted a few of the weekend's events at the Mountain Border: a Friday night bonfire in the woods backside the hotel, and our Nuptials Later Party and Farewell Brunch, both in the Mountain Border tavern.
The hotel was absolutely perfect for our needs. The whole place is beautifully designed with a rustic mountain motel theme. At that place was good variety in size of the rooms, with range of normal 1-bed suites upwards to the Penthouse that slept 10 of our friends together. So it was very accommodating for groups of any size that wanted to stay together at the hymeneals.
We worked with Justin and Rachel to programme for the wedding, both of whom were very helpful and proactive. Rachel was our coordinator in the month leading up to the hymeneals and the weekend itself, and she was so helpful and particular-oriented with everything from receiving supplies nosotros shipped ahead of fourth dimension, to passing out welcome bags, to finalizing the schedule and sharing it with guests. The staff at MER took care of so many small details that fabricated the weekend special, from smores at the bonfire to creating a specialty cocktail merely for our After Political party. The bonfire was an specially nice and surprising addition to the weekend. It was very relaxing and we felt similar nosotros were much deeper in the wood than we were. The Tavern is a bully combination of indoor and outdoor space that was awesome for the After Party.
The hotel is also perfectly located for a Mt. Sunapee wedding. It is less than 5 minutes drive to the Mt. Sunapee venue to the hotel, and y'all too have the convenience of a small-scale grocery store next to the hotel, and the Common salt Colina Pub and another hotel (the Sunapee Lake Club) right across the street where some of our guests likewise stayed.
We would highly recommend the Mountain Border Resort to anyone getting married at Mt. Sunapee, or really any other venue in the area. Thanks to anybody there!

My husband and I recently got married up in the Newbury area and nosotros stayed at the Mountain Edge Resort, along with most of our guests. The suites are clean, very spacious and comfy with a New England Ski Resort ambiance. We were so excited to work with the Mountain Edge that we stayed at the Resort three times months earlier the big solar day!! Justin and Rachel worked with united states of america the unabridged 8 months leading up to the wedding. They were then quick to respond to every little question we had whether over emails or telephone calls making the planning process enjoyable. When my now married man and I arrived a few days early and they had all the details sorted and nosotros were able to fully relish the weekend! We hosted our Rehearsal party/Welcome party at the Tavern the night before our wedding ceremony and an Ice Cream party and a blaze the night of. Coming back from the hymeneals to the Resort and seeing how everything was exactly how nosotros imagined was a dream come up true. If nosotros could requite the Mount Border Resort x stars nosotros would. Justin and Rachel thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making our wedding weekend so wonderful!! We cannot wait to visit again!

The Mount Edge Resort was a very comfy, all-around hotel to serve equally dwelling house base for our wedding. Although nosotros didn't hear a lot from Justin and his team in the lead-up to the wedding, when the weekend arrived they had information technology all together. Nosotros hosted a bonfire for our guests after the rehearsal dinner, which was one of the highlights of the weekend - I highly recommend that. The shuttle service to the wedding venue was very convenient, the afterparty in the tavern was a hit, and the morning-later brunch hit the spot. Most importantly, we were diddled abroad past the quality of the service. The staff was extremely friendly and really fabricated sure we were happy with the weekend. They even shipped a forgotten east-reader dorsum to a guest, at no accuse. We were and then happy everything worked out then smoothly!

Rehearsal dinner food was fantastic, hotel rooms were stunning just service and workers could better. Hard to get in contact with and the Spa was below par...not impressed with quality, service or atmosphere for spa.
