Take the strip of tissue paper or napkin, and curl it upwards vertically, so wrap with a rubber band or twist necktie so that they are pulled together at the bottom and loose on top.
Now, unfurl the top half of your tissue paper and spread the private pieces of tissue paper around into a bloom shape.
Now, you will glue or tape floral stems in place on the bottom of the blossom.
Trim the edges of the paper to make it less uniform and more rounded.
Dab a bit of pigment around the edges or center to add color if desired.
Display your flowers in a vase!
